Abstract:	本發明係提供一種簡單、直接且迅速的方法以由周邊單核細胞產生免疫調節細胞，該方法包括：以肝細胞生長因子(HGF)處理周邊單核細胞，以誘發該周邊單核細胞分化成免疫調節性白血球。本發明亦提供一種以前述方法所製備之免疫調節細胞。本發明另提供一種治療由異常免疫反應所致疾病之方法，包括：對患有該疾病之病患投予肝細胞生長因子；誘發該病患之周邊單核細胞分化成免疫調節性白血球；及調節該異常免疫反應。
