Abstract: We herein exploit a newly schemed logic gate to superiorly facilitate analysis of long and highly structured nucleic acids. This strategy uniquely enables the identification of NDM-specific genes and concurrent screening of two active site-encoded fragments, which is promising for evaluating microbial drug resistance.
