Title: An integrated micro reusable fiber optic immunosensor
    Authors: Tseng, YT;Yang, CS;Tseng, FG
    Contributors: Center for Nanomedicine Research
Abstract: In this paper, a novel design for a perfusion-based sensing probe that performs in situ protein detection with sensor surface regeneration was reported. By using gold nanoparticles to enhance the immune conjugation signal and by choosing an UV-switchable o-NBA solution as an elution buffer, repeated detection using a single sensing probe can be achieved.
