Three-membered nitrogen, containing heterocycle aziridines, has arracted the attention of chemists due to its association with a wide spectrum of biological activities. It is the central core of many natural products. The current chapter deals with the synthesis and bioactivities of the aziridine nucleus containing heterocyclic compounds.
