    Title: An image processing algorithm to tackle noisy point spread functions in 3D intracellular particle tracking

    Abstract: We developed an algorithm that combines wavelet denoising and azimuthally averaging of point spread functions (PSFs) to achieve 3D particle tracking with noisy background. This algorithm provides positions of single quantum dots in living cells.
