    Abstract: 台灣是世界上高齡人口成長最快速的國家之一，65歲以上高齡者自1993年達到
    7%之後，在2018年一舉躍過14%，且2025年將增至20%[1]。短短25年間，台灣從高齡化社會（ageing society），進展到高齡社會（aged society），而竟然再花7年，即可進一步推進到超高齡社會（super-aged society）！究其原因，由於醫療與公衛的優化，標準化死亡率下降，加上少子化問題嚴峻，老化指數扶搖直上，2021年達到136.0，比十年前（2011年）的72.2，幾乎呈倍數成長[1]。快速老化的社會必然對國家財政、經濟、文化、勞動力、交通建設、家庭結構等各層面帶來極大衝擊，我們必須以國家角度思維，協調、整合、並促進各部會與產官學研公私合作，規劃多面向策略及早因應，才能締造一個有益於健康老化的超高齡幸福家園。
