    Title: 用於鼻黏膜之奈米級乳液免疫載劑及其製備方法

    Abstract: 本發明係提供一種奈米級乳液免疫載劑及其製備方法，其係由下列組成成份所組成：一含有H2O分子的一連續水相；含有油脂的一油相物質；以及用於穩定連續水相和油相界面之一乳化系統，且該乳化系統為乳化劑混合物，該免疫載劑之特徵在於，該乳化系統不含離子型乳化劑，且該乳液之粒徑大小係介於20奈米至200奈米之間。透過該奈米級乳液免疫載劑，其可有效避免離子型乳化劑對人體細胞帶來之毒性及可能的危害，同時提供能誘導高度免疫反應之疫苗製劑。
