Turner syndrome is one common sex chromosome anomaly found in females. It is caused by a partial or complete loss of the X chromosome. Previous studies reported that these patients have stress-precipitated psychotic symptoms, prominent anxiety mood, and confusional features that resemble organic diseases.(1) In addition, such psychotic manifestations are found more often in patients with mosaic karyotype.
