    Abstract: 內毒素奈米微粒:親水性奈米金控制內毒素聚集結構形成奈米微粒進而調節免疫反應
    本發明揭露一種內毒素奈米微粒,係用於增強第一型輔助性T細胞誘導之免疫反應。該內毒素奈米微粒包含:(a)脂多醣分子,係聚集為一具有包圍一內部空間之壁的微粒;及(b)親水性金奈米點,係位在該微粒之壁中。本發明亦揭露在脂多醣聚合或聚集時抑制立方體及/或六方體形成的方法,以及製備一脂多醣佐劑的方法。本發明亦揭露組成物,包含一內毒素聚集體或一內毒素奈米微粒,以及一選擇性地免疫性產生抗原。
