    Abstract: 用於抗癌化療法之籠狀鉑金奈米團簇
    本發明揭示一種籠狀鉑金奈米團簇複合物。該複合物包含(a)胺基終端樹枝狀聚合物；及(b)包含鉑氧化物之鉑奈米團簇，該鉑奈米團簇係限制在該胺基終端樹枝狀聚合物之內。本發明複合物對癌細胞表現細胞毒性。本發明另揭示一種雙重籠狀鉑金奈米團簇複合物，其包含在表面塗佈聚乙二醇(PEG)之樹枝狀聚合物之籠狀鉑奈米團簇複合物。該雙重籠狀鉑奈米團簇複合物在其表面具有pH-敏感鍵結。本發明亦揭示彼等複合物之製備方法及其用途。
